Pelvic Floor Yoga Series

Join Bec for a 4 week series investigating yoga and the pelvic floor.
January 2nd-23rd 9:30-10:45 am

This course is designed for anyone Prenatal or Postpartum who would like to discover and
balance their pelvic floor through yoga.

Specific yoga postures and movements can have a dramatic impact on the
pelvic floor, and can help find the balance between tension and release which
brings better overall function.

Appropriate for anyone Prenatal or 6 weeks postpartum and beyond (really you can be 20 years postpartum and still need coordination)

This is the perfect series to take if you are wanting to regain overall tone. Better understand specific challenges you are having. Want to regain functional tone postpartum, or are looking to prepare your pelvic floor for the process and recovery from labor and birth.

We will start with a brief discussion, and then move into experiential practice,
discovering for ourselves the overall tone and balance within our own pelvic
structure.

Topics covered will include:
Anatomy
Poses for building strength
Poses for bringing release
Deep core coordination
Weekly movement practices.

Classes will be recorded and available for participants each week and for 3
months following the completion of the Livestream course.
